“Last year, I accidentally dropped my Nikon DSLR during a road trip, and asked several people I know how to save the lens. Fortunately I stopped by Mike's Camera and Mr. Charles Donaldson there meticulously cleaned my lens and fixed the technical problem afterwards. He made my camera lens functions normally again.Today, I tried my luck by asking their manager whether their company will match the Amazon's Nikon 35mm F1.8s and 85mm F1.8s. Mike's Camera Store manager not only agreed to honor the competitor's prices, but also let Mr. Charles Donaldson patiently explains in details how to operate each lens under what circumstances and each of the camera lens pros and cons. “Today I went to Staples and FedEx in Concord and both failed in pricing and service. I finally landed at the UPS store on Bailey road. Joey helped me. He was kind and knowledgeable and remembered me from my call! He helped me with my prints and orientation and when I needed 90 copies, he suggested getting a 100 which gave me cheaper pricing and a few extras that I ended up needing. The manager Tom was also nice because he allowed Joey to spend the time with me that I needed to complete my project. This store is usually busy, but they do staff enough for their lines to move quickly. Everything is posted and samples so you can see. I highly recommend this location over the others and you should ask for Joey when you go!”
