The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!”

“I rented a uhaul truck for my move. The owner was very friendly and gave me a holiday gift of not having to put gas in truck before returning it. Everything went smoothly and I returned the truck and put the key in the drop box. It was way less crowded and easier than going to a regular uhaul place.”

“Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good. And it is just as good as going to any other UPS shipping location.”

“I had to ship 5 large boxes internationally today, and although the process was pretty involved, Rita was so accommodating and helpful. She was patient and organized with all of the paperwork that had to be done, and we got it done in about an hour. The store was pretty busy, and they did their best to get all of us taken care of. Would recommend this place all day!”

“I enjoy this UPS Store location and its employees however I recently had a package not shipped and really need to get in touch with the manager to view cameras and rule out the store. I suspect USPS doing something shady. If the owner sees this please contact me.Update: Package was found USPS mailman was at fault. If you ship any USPS packages please just take them straight to the USPS Office. The mailmen on this route do not care about your packages as I also had a package to be picked up on Saturday and the mailman chose not to take my package so I took the package to USPS on Monday. Again, this UPS store and its employees are amazing and like family. Just don’t trust USPS Mailmen on this route if you drop off packages for USPS here.”

“I've come to this UPS location for a couple of years now and I've had nothing but great customer service. I've read the other reviews, and maybe I've just lucked out, but I've been helped by some of the most gracious, accommodating and competent people at this location. As far as cost, it's less expensive than FedEx and more expensive than USPS (which I avoid at all costs).”
“Today I went to Staples and FedEx in Concord and both failed in pricing and service. I finally landed at the UPS store on Bailey road. Joey helped me. He was kind and knowledgeable and remembered me from my call! He helped me with my prints and orientation and when I needed 90 copies, he suggested getting a 100 which gave me cheaper pricing and a few extras that I ended up needing. The manager Tom was also nice because he allowed Joey to spend the time with me that I needed to complete my project. This store is usually busy, but they do staff enough for their lines to move quickly. Everything is posted and samples so you can see. I highly recommend this location over the others and you should ask for Joey when you go!”
