“*This gym is STILL OPEN...just relocated. It's within the same plaza, just along California Avenue where Sabino's Kitchen and Quest Diagnostic are located.* Been going to this gym on a regular basis for more than a year and I love this place. One of the perks that I like is the 24/7 access for members and the opportunity to bring a guest (must sign a waiver first). Gym is clean, trainers are awesome. Overall it's a great environment and definitely would recommend for anyone to give this place a try.”

“Aspire Fitness is truly outstanding! After careful consideration, I decided to start my fitness journey there. I've longed to improve my strength and overall well-being for quite some time. However, navigating the world of exercises and proper form has been challenging. Similarly, determining the best dietary choices to complement my workout routine has proven difficult. Thankfully, at Aspire, the trainers show genuine care and support. Since joining in 2023, I've seen incredible progress. Not only do I feel significantly stronger, but I've also achieved a substantial weight loss, a major goal of mine. Additionally, I deeply appreciate the personalized meal plans provided by gym owner Phillip. He genuinely cares about his clients, and the trainers are professional and personable. My whole family has had the best experience and fitness results here at the camp Covina. Not only do the trainers provide us with already set workouts to complete but they also provide us with a nutrition meal plan. I took my first ever elite/personal training here with the Chris, in just six weeks I have met a goal of dropping body fat mass and increase muscle mass. “Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! “I walked in Mutiny's doors about 6 months ago and never looked back! CJ welcomed me with open arms and never got tired of me asking "what does that say?" BTW, I still do that! Mutiny not only provides excellent facilities, coaching and workouts, it provides an encouraging atmosphere for all levels. “Great place to work out if you don't like going to the gym. I didn't like going to the gym because of the atmosphere and because I had no idea what I was doing most of the time. F45 solved both those issues!I started out here a couple months ago after a 15-year-or-so hiatus from working out. I was both reluctant and a bit intimidated at first but that quickly wore off after meeting the coaches. They help you with your form, provide you with a wealth of fitness knowledge and they never push you beyond your limits unless you ask them to. Each coach has a different background so if you have a highly specific question about anything, one of the coaches ought to be able to answer it.Tim, the owner, teaches some of the classes and he's both very empathetic and helpful. Stand up dude!Overall, no complaints. I love coming here and I'll be coming here for years to come.”

“I had taken advantage of Whittier Zero Givens guest pass. It took only one session to convince me that I had to join. Prior to that I had a running and workout routine (at home), which had gone stale. I needed a change. I found what I was looking for. I love the variety of equipment, various style of workouts and everyone made me feel welcomed. They're my gym family. They offer encouragement and guidance. Can't get that from working out by myself at home. They offer challenges to keep you on your toes and take you to the next level of your fitness journey..

I highly recommend Zero Givens. They've got exceptional Coaches, equipment that is always working and great community. I feel stronger and revived.

The managers are much more attentive and leagues easier to get ahold of, and the personal trainer I have worked with (shoutout to Brandon!) is amazing at demonstrating the proper way to use machines and perform warm-ups. I would pick this gym over any other gym, any day of the week, and I am so grateful to be a part of this awesome environment! “I came to this gym as a complete newbie to structured exercise and after four months of going and working with a trainer there, I feel much more confident in myself, my body's abilities, and so much stronger!! It's been so satisfying watching myself be able to lift more and more over the weeks.Everyone I've met at the gym has been so kind and helpful, and it's clearly a community of very friendly people. The owner Julie is super responsive and very helpful with scheduling, and my trainer Jesus was the perfect fit for what I needed! I really liked that we were able to have a very non-judgmental and lighthearted approach to learning the lifts while still being serious about getting things right. It was challenging but in a very fun way. Overall, if you're thinking about learning strength training or maybe getting into powerlifting I would highly recommend this gym! The setup is fantastic, and you could not ask for a nicer bunch of people.”

“My son had been asking me to put him in self defense classes and I came across ATA! I went in and spoke to Cynthia, she is one of the owners. She was super informative and had a lot of useful information about Muy Thai. Her husband Josh is the head coach/trainer. They offered one free class and we definitely took advantage of it. The environment is super clean, highly organized and friendly atmosphere. My son was immediately comfortable as Josh worked him individually on the fundamentals. Needless to say, I signed my son up for classes 3 times a week and they were super affordable. My son has been attending for a while now and I definitely have noticed a positive change in his confidence and overall personality. I would definitely recommend sending your kids or yourself for classes. I actually attend as well for the exercise and I absolutely love it!”

“My husband and I trained with Arya for about 3 years. I was so happy to find Arya as a trainer. He helped us with our meal planning and tailored our workouts to exactly what we needed at the time. He trained me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum as well. He was great at modifying workouts for me. After I had my baby they even let us bring him along when we didn't have anyone to babysit him!!
Christine also helped me with managing my diet due to gestational diabetes. They are truly a power couple when it comes to trainers.

Their gym is clean with ample parking. I think personal training can be intimidating but they make you feel comfortable and help you through each step. They push your limits and help you reach your goals!!! I would 100% recommend them.”
