I did the 10 session package x2 because I got such a good workout in with Christine! She kicked my ass and pushed me hard and I feel so much more confident working out now. She taught me alot of different workouts, gave me a meal plan and overall is very encouraging. Highly recommend. She is fitness goals!

Christine is amazing! She helps to identify your personal training goals at the beginning and plans effective workout routines around those goals. Definitely felt a lot more high energy and healthy after working out with her. Always a great experience at C Athletics!!

I went here with Debra R for the exercise thing. We started it because of the weight gain from the pandemic. Mr. Arya does a good job with showing the exercises and the meal plan has delicious recipes. I noticed that my stomach is more firm and I seem to have more energy.
