“AC shut down in the middle of a heat wave. Needed a new capacitor. Ferguson was the only business in the Tri County area with the right part. The big dude at the counter helped me locate the correct capacitor in their humongous warehouse. Price was great and service was awesome. Will be back. Even if I have to drive from Folsom again. Cheers.”

“Yesterday I was attemping to change the gasketing on my wood burning stove. When I unscrewed a screw that holds the glass. The screw broke and got jammed. I thought that I was out of luck and that I needed to buy an entire new piece. I decided to bring the piece into the ace hardware in auburn ca. When I did one of the employees by the name of Vader brought the piece too their back and had to work on it for a half hour and was able to get the screw out. I offered to pay him and he said that he was happy that he could help and didn't want any money. Not only did he go out of his way free of charge. He saved me at least a couple hundred dollars to replace the piece. My experience at this store is night and day difference compared to home depot where some of the staff looks irritated when you ask for help.”

“I am happy overall with the service and pricing. I don't like that without the receipt, you can not return any item with purchasing an extended warranty. I would guess I have spent close to $10,000.00 since this location has opened. It would be nice if they looked up the receipt. JMO”
