“I was sent to Homewood with a list of lumber to replace some trim boards on our house. It's an older house, so of course, the size of the boards were different. Got tothe counter and was met by Sean. He was so patient with me. I was given a list, a very confusing list, by the guy doing the work. Sean was fantastic.I kept him busy for awhile. “I search their website and select the items I want which match my requirements. Then I take a screenshot with Screenpresso and head for the store near me, which happens to be Rocklin. I have the salesperson direct me to the correct area and explain the new item I desire to make sure it fits my needs. Then we head to the cash register to purchase. Since I am a veteran they issue me a discount and search for other ways to get me even more of a discount. The employees are very knowledgeable on their hardware and tool items. They make me want to return for more stuff that I might want. Thanks to all the people there, they are great!”
