“Very good service. Doug the owner gave me options for replacing some damaged tires and other folks were very customer-centered. I had trouble with tire pressure sensors on my Prius after installation and they had me come in for a second visit to check it out. An under inflated tire (not one of the ones they installed) seemed to be the cause, but the tech also let me know the sensors were all getting old. I felt they were up front and very knowledgeable.”

“I recently took my BMW to West Coast Auto Repair Shop in Fremont, Ca for some critical repairs, including replacing the water pump, thermostat assembly, and valve cover gaskets. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team Sam and Tej were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with BMWs.
The work was done efficiently, and the quality of the repairs was top-notch as the car runs smoothly, they also gave a 12 month 12K mile warranty on the job, which was very impressive and besides the excellent workmanship, was the reasonable pricing. It’s not easy to find a shop that delivers both quality and affordability, with a guarantee but West Coast Auto Repair managed to do just that.
Overall, I highly recommend this repair Shop to anyone in need of reliable and fairly-priced auto repairs. I’ll definitely be returning for any future service needs!”

“I am not in the habit of leaving reviews but have to shout out Mario and his team for being amazing mechanics - Mario is friendly, communicative, transparent about prices, waits for consent before moving forward with any repairs, explains clearly what the issue is in a way that is easy to understand but without being mansplainy or condescending, and also won’t pressure you to do any work that isn’t essential. Both times I have been he has kept the car part that was the issue to show me exactly what happened. After my previous long term mechanic shut down in 2020, I had a few bad experiences going to other places that took advantage of my trust/naivety and lack of knowledge about cars. A few friends recommended MJs (which funnily enough is in the same location as my old trusted mechanic!) and both the times I have been were great experiences. And just found out they do smog checks too! So glad to have found a new reliable trusted mechanic. Thanks to the whole crew at MJs!”

“It is so hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic these days! The owner is incredibly kind and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my car was able to be seen on a Saturday afternoon. He took extra caution to make sure my Honda was parked inside following the influx of catalytic converter theft in the area. He quoted me a price 1/3 of what Honda planned to charge me- parts included! He was conservative with his diagnosis of the my vehicle. I'm happy to have a mechanic in the area I can trust with fair prices and good work!”
