Andrea at the Aptos location has gone above and beyond to help me out already in just the few days that I have been a customer. To management: whatever Andrea is currently paid, she deserves a raise! She is a big reason I decided to go with US Bank, even though I had concerns I would not get the same level of customer service as a local credit union. It would make a very long review to list all the ways in which she went above and beyond and made my life easier.
In summary, I never thought I would actually feel excited to be a part of a bank, but I feel like they have shown they truly wish to serve their customers and be there for them. I promise you, it's a rare experience to find such professional and caring employees as I have experienced at this bank. Highly recommend.”
