“There is a banner stating new management. I have no experience with the prior owners. I've been going here several months and have been happy enough to purchase a package deal.They are efficient and do a pretty good job. I've been to several car washes around Pasadena over the years but these guys are my new go-to for the automatic wash with an attendant giving the car a once-over at the end. I haven't found anywhere else to do a better job.I have a white Husky and a black cloth interior so there always will be residual dog hair. But they do a decent job on the interior otherwise. They always get the tires and wheels looking very clean. I haven't tried any of their higher level services yet. I tend to get a full detail annually (elsewhere) and use the automatic washes like these every couple of weeks.If you are very picky or your car is very dirty, then I would recommend a full detail as the auto wash is really just hitting the highlights. But they are the best in the Pasadena / Alhambra area for this level / price point.”

“I needed my headlight lenses polished. My call was answered immediately and after explaining what I was looking for, I was asked to bring my car by to confirm that their service would improve the brightness. The manager, who had answered my call, welcomed me and walked out to my car with one of his team. They conferred and agreed that they could restore the lenses. The price was reasonable and the team member set to work. Within 20 minutes the lenses looked like new and I was back on the road. Professional, efficient, and responsive - exactly what I was looking for.”

The most important part is he did a fantastic job on the SUV and my husband was very pleased with the detailing.”
“I brought my 1998 BMW M3 to Justin for a paint correction and ceramic coating. The paint had some swirls, hard water marks, and a little paint fade. Justin was able to take 25 year old paint and make it look brand new! Justin is very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain how to maintain your newly corrected paint! Highly recommend him for you detailing needs.”

“I've got a 2019 Chevy Colorado I used to wash and wax myself fairly regularly but for reasons it's probably been well over a year if not two since it had a good cleaning so it was pretty darn dirty. Steve quoted me $250 to give it a complete exterior detail and a basic interior detail. When I picked it up it looked like fresh off the showroom floor. It ended up taking him longer than he originally estimated as there was some pretty embedded grime on it. I told him I'd be fine with paying a bit more for the extra trouble but he said he'd quoted $250 and that's what he'd take.Great job, good value, highly recommend.Services: Full body wash”

“I had extensively researched many companies to choose the one for PPF (Paint Protection Film) and coating for my first Porsche. During this process, I started a conversation with Daniel, who operates Private Collection Auto Care. Daniel and I exchanged numerous messages, and he empathetically addressed my concerns and questions. Daniel's delicacy and courtesy left me with a significant sense of trust. I entrusted him with the overall PPF, PPF-specific coating, interior coating, vehicle glass tinting, and wheel detail coating for my first Porsche.A week later, upon seeing my car's completed work, I was pleasantly surprised by the higher level of craftsmanship than I had anticipated. “This past week we utilized Monterey Park Auto Collision to replace our front bumper after a driveway parking mishap, which resulted in it becoming partially detached. The staff was professional, courteous and honest, the costs were competitive and reasonable, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule! Even though we deferred replacing the rear bumper on this visit, we were pleasantly surprised upon pickup that the body repairers nevertheless made minor touch-ups in order to make the rear of the car more cosmetically presentable.
