“Hands down to the amazing job Doug did to my car! I had bad stains on my windows from sprinklers and he made my windows as clear as the sky today! My suv shines from a distance even with my shades on! I definitely recommend him. He's cool, passionate and puts his heart on what he does. Will return for sure!”

“There is a banner stating new management. I have no experience with the prior owners. I've been going here several months and have been happy enough to purchase a package deal. They are efficient and do a pretty good job. I've been to several car washes around Pasadena over the years but these guys are my new go-to for the automatic wash with an attendant giving the car a once-over at the end. I haven't found anywhere else to do a better job.I have a white Husky and a black cloth interior so there always will be residual dog hair. But they do a decent job on the interior otherwise. They always get the tires and wheels looking very clean. I haven't tried any of their higher level services yet. I tend to get a full detail annually (elsewhere) and use the automatic washes like these every couple of weeks. If you are very picky or your car is very dirty, then I would recommend a full detail as the auto wash is really just hitting the highlights. But they are the best in the Pasadena / Alhambra area for this level / price point.”

“Contrary to what the reviews below are stating, this was my experience as of Aug 2023:There is a minimum $4 charge for washing, but a $10 holding charge MAY appear on your statement. The timer begins the moment you pay and continues to count UP until you manually stop the wash cycle (after which you'll have to swipe your card again to begin washing again). Presumably this is to make sure you only get charged for what you use. Sort of. The timer doesn't stop counting just because you let off the nozzle handle -- you have to intentionally stop the transaction, so work quickly.15 minutes maximum before the washer shuts off on its own. This may or may not be enough time depending on how dirty your car is. The spray nozzles are pretty powerful and have a number of good options.Microfiber towels are available for $2 ea.Vacuuming is $2.25 for 4 minutes. Same deal as washing -- you pay the full amount and will get the full amount regardless of how much time you actually use the vacuum for. The instructions on the units are not applicable -- there is no "turbo" or "super" vac selection. Just one size fits all, and unfortunately the vacuums are very weak. If you have any hair or ground-in dirt in your carpets, these vacuums will not get them out.Air fresheners are also available. I got Pine. It's not bad -- a little on the sweet side. All told, I paid just as much as if I would have gone to a pro detailer, but I enjoy doing things myself so that's not a dealbreaker for me. Just let the buyer beware.”
