Came in with my Tesla that had been sideswiped and needed bumper and quarter panel replacement - was seriously crumpled. Process took about a month in total (mainly waiting for parts from tesla), but the team kept me updated throughout. What impressed me the most was how helpful and proactive they were with contacting insurance, other party insurance, rental car, etc. Really helped mitigate any headaches in the repair process. “After a year of failed attempts at getting our truck fixed elsewhere (long story), I finally found Thomas. Honestly, I had a good feeling about him just from our initial phone call. I wasn’t exactly sure when I could go in to the shop and ended up going later in the day than I’d hoped. But when I called ahead, he told me to come on over.He went above and beyond. He drove me home so I could get back to my kids. When he discovered what the repair would require, he didn’t have the part, so he called, I expected to hear that the repair couldn’t be done, I’d have to wait x amount of days for the part to be ordered and delivered. But instead he said he was going to drive to go get it. It just meant the original repair time he projected would be longer. He finished the repair by end of day and even waited a few minutes after closing to give my husband time to pick it up.Oh! And he mounted our front license plate (the front bumper was dented) for free.Good man, good service.”

This location used to be L&M Motors, owned by Ludwig, but he took a very well deserved retirement and Ken opened up maybe a year ago with the same great and friendly technicians that Ludwig had. Repair's aren't cheap (it's West LA, after all), but reasonable and done right and as promised. Highly recommend!”

“I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”
