Broke down the process and cost of adding additional insurance for each box and efficiently swapped positions with a co-worker to help get the line down while we were gathering the info for shipping. Made sure that each service as received a discount with our AAA card and took the time to explain details to our client who was receiving the items being packaged. She made the whole process understandable and made sure the costs and services were full explained.”

“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

I'd recommend either of them to train the other staff members on customer service. They go above and beyond for the customers and make sure you are taken care of. 4 stars from 3 stars.03/12/24:I have been to this location more than a few times, and I held off on reviewing it to give them the benefit of the doubt.While I understand working at UPS is not the happiest way to spend your time, the majority of the staff seems upset to be there.More than once, while I was being helped, staff openly had conversations about customers calling them dumb and things of that nature.I do want to mention that some of the staff is cordial and seems to enjoy helping customers. Moreover, they offer a variety of services and have packing materials for sale in case you need it.I will continue to come into the store and update my review over time. I notice the owner of this location responds to reviews with feedback and comments. I am hopeful that I will be able to give this location 5 stars in the near future.In the interim, I am leaving this review while being as objective and unbiased as feasible, having only made first-hand observations known through this review and not calling out individual employees by name.”

“I HAD to write a review to share how great Trevor was. I was here at this store before closing when I had to print and fax something for the IRS. The online system was down so despite having already uploaded and ready to go, I couldn't print it out to send on time! Trevor was so positive and helpful and even stayed late to try and help me get everything taken care of. I had to drive home to email it to the store, but Trevor was patient.Thank you for being a class act and making it happen Trevor! I couldn't be happier or more grateful.”
