“So my partner and I came here for jeans - and our 5 stars isn’t for the selection alone. Annie the sales associate was AMAZING. we both told Annie vaguely what we wanted in a fit (newbs) and we’re given jeans to try on that we’re perfect! I walked out with 3 shorts and 3 pairs of jeans while my boo left with 3 jeans that he swears are made just for him. Annie’s expertise in all the jeans stocked at maple street is worth the visit. I feel like we had a personal shopper. We joke together that we need Annie’s approval when buying jeans now. We’re from out of town and will visit maple street every time we visit family just for the amazing customer service alongside the wonderful selection. Anyone looking for a perfect fit should come here. 11/10”

“Terribly managed store that does not adhere to posted hours.It's currently Monday, 2/27/2023. Yesterday, I confirmed the store would be open at 12:00 pm today. It's after 1:00pm and I drove 35 minutes to find a closed store. Now a 35 min. return for nothing. I even called three times while waiting for them to open...No answer. This is the second time I have tried to visit this store during posted hours and found it closed. For a store that sells a very expensive product, they either don't need my business or don't care. I knew what I wanted and was prepared to pay four figures for that jacket.There are alternatives to West Coast NeverthereI AM UPDATING MY REVIEW AND CHANGING MY RATING TO 5 STARS.I got a call from Skip, the owner, today, Tuesday, 2/28. Without all the details, Skip is a class guy and made everything fine. I realize things happen beyond one's control, but how a business owner deals with a disgruntled customer speaks more to their character than if there was never a problem. Thanks Skip!!!”

“ODP is a quality clothing line from my hometown of Oakland Ca it's a amazing line because not only can you wear the brand the CEO also does things for the community she has backpack and free haircuts for the kids and I met the CEO when she was starting the brand and I've seen it go from shirts and hats and hoodies to a full expanded clothing line and I'm plus size girl and she's always had sizes from the kids to 4x and that was a major plus for me!”

“Great quality. I bought the Fuego Puffer and I will never use another brand. It’s light weight, and keeps the cold out. I have never had a good quality puffer. Would recommend for the cold season. The beanies are nice too. Always received compliments for the orange and purple one. Lastly, the batac 24 backpack was my best investment. It’s the perfect size to travel with, for school, and work. It has a laptop sleeve and pockets, that are intentional. Staff are thoughtful and informative. Saving up for the newer items!”

“Daniel is an artist. I have two suits that he made for me, and both of them are gorgeous. The attention to detail, quality, craftsmanship are all impeccable, and the experience of having a suit custom made is gratifying. Recently, after buying a suit in 2019, a small tear appeared exposing the fly. I wrote to Daniel asking for advice, and he promptly booked an appointment for me to drop it off. A week later, it was mended and pressed, free of charge, and looked brand new. I highly recommend Daniel!”

“I love coming here. It’s a small store but densely packed with great gear that’s not just fashion but timeless clothing. From selvedge denim, navy deck jackets, military repro designs, to flannels, there is always something interesting. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Eden-Marcel is very friendly also. Products are high quality from independent designers, mostly from Japan, so they can last a lifetime. It’s also really cool that S&S has exclusive collab pieces as well like a dark brownish black sawtooth western shirt it did with Indi+Ash brand that I love to wear.”

“This is the last classic maritime store in the Fisherman's Wharf area. While everywhere else seems to have become a t-shirt shop, Frank's Fisherman sells authentic nautical items. Like a cool museum inside with a vast number of exciting items to browse. Also, lots of books, antiques, high end clothing are on display.
