“Whenever I need to rent a truck, I go to Doherty's. Be it a regular moving truck to a lift gate capable one, Doherty's is my go to rent a truck. Easy reservation (just call), smooth process and transaction. In my last 3 business moves, I've used Doherty's every single time. I had an issue with a lift gate once and they were quick to remedy it and even helped me transfer my heavy loads into the new truck. The Isuzu NPR HD truck is my favorite one, it's easy to drive and you have a commanding view on the driver seat (seats 3 people). All in all, I'm always pleased and satisfied with Doherty's.”

“Adrian helped us out when we first arrived to Pick up a rental. It was very easy and super fast which we appreciate. We kept the rental for about 5 full days. They gave us options on which car we wanted. So happy we came here. On our way back to drop off the rental we met Jason so friendly and really nice. He mentioned that because we brought the car back early that we would get reimbursed for it and it would just take 3 days for us to see it. Thanks you guys we will definitely be returning if we need another rental. 5 stars all the way.”

“We got the 3 hour tour from Groupon Through golden state park and drove by tons of beaches, golden gate Bridge (you do NOT cross Golden Gate Bridge *)++ MORE Ended up being out for 3.5 hours Easy checkin, next time I will rent for the day because it takes you through multiple awesome neighborhoods where you can explore restaurants/ shops/ thrift stores/ park / botanical gardens etc etc ... the park is huge !!!!!Rented 2 cars, you have to have DL We had our 12 and 16 year old with us.No reverse so careful on uturns .”

“Been using Sally for about a month, the crew members are all chill and I went in person to ask questions, the same day I left with a car to rent. Super efficient and simple!! If any problem occurred there was a quick response! So far I rented two different cars and they both had cameras in the front and back so big bonus for that! Shout out to my man Victor the #1 guy to keep the car looking clean and sanitize for everyone! Obie is the realist most humble guy out there, helped me out super quick! Don’t sleep on this company!!!”

“A great experience: booked the car online but was contacted by them directly to confirm etc etc. pick up went great, car was waiting for us (not the other way round like some other places!), a thorough walk through of the car followed (better than when I bought my last car!), full gas tank, and the out - 15min total. Car in great condition, an absolute treat to drive. The noise was PHENOMENAL! Both cruising and more “engaged” driving were great. Top down, Napa valley, a real American experience:-) thanks guys!”

“I first went to rent a car due to my car being repairs from an accident, to which there was a small miscommunication issue and I thought I wouldn't get a rental. But the manager was able to correct it and get me in a rental within the same morning. He was super nice and we both apologized for the issue, I was overall satisfied with his service. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. I was also satisfied with the return process with Devon Taylor. He was quick, very nice and friendly and also arranged a ride for me right away so I can pick up my car. I look forward to renting from here, if needed, in the future.”

“Our rental car was broken into while site seeing, thieves broke out the back window. I called this location because I did not know what to do. They were super helpful and had a spare car ready for us in minutes. They helped us get everything switched out and then notified us that the airport would put us into a rental like the one that was damaged. All in all it took a couple of hours out of our trip to switch the cars out but given the situation that wasn’t a big deal. Thank you to this team for helping take care of us!”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I work in orinda and have had this nasty noise coming from my rear wheel. 2 mechanics before taking it here told me they were “unsure” what the noise was. Jaimie, an incredible service advisor got me in within an hour of talking to him. Come to find out I was basically driving around a death machine due to bad prior mechanic work. Pete was the tech that got me all fixed and back on the road in an hour ! Would 1000000% recommend if you are looking for a fair, competent shop to take care of your prize possession, or even just your daily driver. Great price too!”

“Love using bandago for our large trips with lots of kids definitely worth it deposit is only $100 up to 15 people vehicle always clean inspected and works great. Never had any major issues. Can get insurance through them. I usally vacuum just because I am woth alot of kids before I return and fill up gas so i don't have any extra fees. Great company love the service and if drop off late the have drop box for keys. Text or call when dropping off. We'll definitely recommend and use again.”

Also it didn’t look like they had many seats available, so there is a chance they won’t have one when you get there (I was just lucky - it didn’t appear they’d organised to set any aside or have the right amount available for my booking).”

“I already love National but I had an especially incredible experience at this location working with Laith. I was originally given an older Hyundai sedan but after mentioning I'm an Emerald member and was hoping for something a bit more modern he upgraded me for free to a Nissan crossover SUV which made my day. That alone made the experience awesome but a few days later when I suffered a freak accident dog attack and bite and was stuck an hour away from SF unable to return the car to the same location he was so empathetic and understanding over the phone helping me figure out where to return it instead and how to minimize costs. I'm so grateful for his help and in a week that was so traumatizing and overwhelming, I really appreciated not needing to excessively worry about how to return a rental car of all things. “I've used Enterprise Rent-a-Car exclusively for all the rentals I have needed for quite a number of years. I recently had what began as a slightly UN-pleasant experience (the car I picked up had a light on the dashboard indicating something was wrong) but Enterprise immediately made things better! They gave me a different car (and it was an upgrade from the car I had had originally) AND when the time came to return the rental, they took a significant amount off of the total cost of the rental. Every member of the staff I spoke to were very cordial, friendly, and accommodating, and that counts for a lot with me. I will stick with Enterprise!”

“This location is pretty good. They stay busy, but you know you're going to get great care from start to finish. I came here to drop off my rental car, and they were pretty helpful. I worked with Brandon, who gave me a ride back to the dealership, and also helped me move all my contents out of the car, include two big car seats. The check out process was pretty seamless and easy. Best of all- this location will upgrade for free if there are no other vehicles of the size you have covered for Insurance or your reservation. The only downsides to this location is actually getting there (since it's between two one-way streets) and also that sometimes they are so busy and short staffed that it's hard for them to answer phone calls. But hey, that's a good problem to have. I recommend this location otherwise, and will be keeping this as a top option for all my rental car needs.”
