“Pulling a travel trailer from Washington state and terrible road conditions on the Grapevine truck lanes snapped my exhaust system. Staying in Acton & did a Google search for a local muffler shop. Found Quality Auto Repair & Muffler in Palmdale. They had good reviews, so i figured I'd give them a shot. Danny & his dad, Jose, are fantastic. They took my truck in right away and installed a new exhaust system for me. When I saw them use a level on the tailpipe, I knew I had come to the right shop. I hate crooked exhaust pipes that are eye-balled level....because they're never level. THANK YOU, Danny & Jose!!! It's nice to know that there's still a quality shop in the AV. It's too bad you weren't in business when I used to live in Lancaster.”
“I have been coming to this Firestone for many years...I have always received honest and excellent service here. I took my car in today to have them do an alignment with a shim on my back tire...a problem another reputable tire company said they could not do and I needed. Their experienced and honest mechanics decided to first check my alignment to make sure it was done properly. Come to figure out I did not need a shim at all and my alignment was in fact perfect!!! What would have been a $300 fix turned out to be 0, thanks to their expertise and honesty...I would highly recommend Palmdale Firestone ”
“Went there to Smog my 2000 Ford F150.I've been going there every 2 years for the last six years or so since I bought the truck. The last two times I had some work done on the truck and had to wait for all the Readiness monitors to clear. I asked the guy if he can use his Scan Tool to check for any incomplete ones, I did mention to him that the EVAP monitor was still pending and according to Google its the one Monitor even though incomplete, should still pass the Smog Test. He said that's right. Scan Tool said EVAP not Ready. Having doubts it wouldn't (Pass) that's a Big word in the Smog Industry we proceeded to Smog it.It (Passed).Fast, Friendly,Helpfull. Highly Recommend.”

“I have taken a total of 9 vehicles to this specific location over the years. To be clear, I don't go here for Jiffy Lube. I keep returning because of the head mechanic, Chris. His knowledge of vehicles and vehicle repair is unsurpassed. He has done an outstanding job with my regular oil changes. He has also been able to identify/ repair issues that other mechanics at other places could not. The only time I received poor service at this location was years ago when I accidentally went there on his day off. He is always kind, personable and professional. He's made it to where I feel confident that he will take care of my vehicle and I actually look forward to the friendly interaction. I will continue going to this Jiffy Lube as long as Chris is employed there. Thank you, Chris. Your level of service is appreciated. If the owner reads this, I hope he appreciates the high caliber of employee He has.”
