“I was dealing with trying to get my tire fixed late afternoon on Sunday. Many places were closed or wouldn’t take walk ins considering the time. Others were trying to charge me a lot to patch the tire. Thanks to American Tire Depot, they were able to patch up my tire (free of charge) and I was able to get back home safely. “Went there to Smog my 2000 Ford F150.I've been going there every 2 years for the last six years or so since I bought the truck. The last two times I had some work done on the truck and had to wait for all the Readiness monitors to clear. I asked the guy if he can use his Scan Tool to check for any incomplete ones, I did mention to him that the EVAP monitor was still pending and according to Google its the one Monitor even though incomplete, should still pass the Smog Test. He said that's right. Scan Tool said EVAP not Ready. Having doubts it wouldn't (Pass) that's a Big word in the Smog Industry we proceeded to Smog it.It (Passed).Fast, Friendly,Helpfull. Highly Recommend.”

“Stopped in just to get a quote on a transmission service (flush, replace filter and refill) nothing major. I was pleasantly surprised to be told they could do it and in the same day! Just know it is the day after Thanksgiving and was not even sure they would have a full crew working but I was in and out in about an hour at a fair price. The tech treated my car like it was his own. The manager Jerry was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this shop and will be returning for future car repair needs. It awesome to find a shop in my neighborhood that I like and can trust.”

“I took a LONG time looking into a reputable auto service operator when my long-time mechanic closed their doors and recommended Attwood to me. 2 times now have been really pleased. Because they ARE an excellent operation, they might not be able to get a drive-in customer service taken care of right then - but I've scheduled service twice and it went really smooth. One "idiot light" fix COULD have been really high dollars because the error code was a fuel vapor leak... or not. They checked and it was just a bad sensor and NOT the whole fuel filler neck and rubber connections. They COULD have charged the big bucks for what showed on the scan (yes, I borrowed a scanner from a friend) but just replaced the sensor. They'll get my business every time!”

“My car was covered under carmax warranty, I couldn't get an appointment at carmax in a timely manner so I was able to make my appointment at this auto shop which is approved under carmax's max care. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and Friday morning QH auto called me back to let me know that my ac compressor and thermostat needed to be replaced. They aren't open on weekends and didn't have the parts so I had to get a rental (also covered by my warranty.) The receptionist at QH auto was amazing and gave me advice on how to get the most coverage with my rental car and told me to call her back if I had any issues. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to facilitate me picking my car up the following week. My car was fixed by Monday and is running great. Would bring my car back here for any future issues for sure!”

The only thing I might say is double check the work and inform them if there's something they didn't clean and they're quickly to correct the issue. But try to tell them ahead of time what you want them to focus on and they all accomplish that.”

“I have taken a total of 9 vehicles to this specific Jiffy Lube over the years. To be clear, I do not go here because of Jiffy Lube, I keep returning because of the head mechanic, Chris. His knowledge of vehicles and vehicle repair is unsurpassed. He does an outstanding job with my regular oil changes and has identified/repaired issues that other mechanics could not. The only time I received poor service at this jiffy lube was years ago when I accidentally went there on his day off. He is always kind, personable and professional. He's made it to where I feel confident that he will take care of my vehicle and I actually look forward to the friendly interaction. I will continue going to this jiffy lube as long as Chris is there. Thank you, Chris. Your level of service is appreciated. If the owner reads this, I hope he appreciates the high caliber of employee he has.”
