Others were trying to charge me a lot to patch the tire. Thanks to American Tire Depot, they were able to patch up my tire (free of charge) and I was able to get back home safely. “Stopped in just to get a quote on a transmission service (flush, replace filter and refill) nothing major. I was pleasantly surprised to be told they could do it and in the same day! Just know it is the day after Thanksgiving and was not even sure they would have a full crew working but I was in and out in about an hour at a fair price. The tech treated my car like it was his own. The manager Jerry was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this shop and will be returning for future car repair needs. It awesome to find a shop in my neighborhood that I like and can trust.”

“I took a LONG time looking into a reputable auto service operator when my long-time mechanic closed their doors and recommended Attwood to me. 2 times now have been really pleased. Because they ARE an excellent operation, they might not be able to get a drive-in customer service taken care of right then - but I've scheduled service twice and it went really smooth. One "idiot light" fix COULD have been really high dollars because the error code was a fuel vapor leak... or not. They checked and it was just a bad sensor and NOT the whole fuel filler neck and rubber connections. They COULD have charged the big bucks for what showed on the scan (yes, I borrowed a scanner from a friend) but just replaced the sensor. They'll get my business every time!”

“My car was covered under carmax warranty, I couldn't get an appointment at carmax in a timely manner so I was able to make my appointment at this auto shop which is approved under carmax's max care. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and Friday morning QH auto called me back to let me know that my ac compressor and thermostat needed to be replaced. They aren't open on weekends and didn't have the parts so I had to get a rental (also covered by my warranty.) The receptionist at QH auto was amazing and gave me advice on how to get the most coverage with my rental car and told me to call her back if I had any issues. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to facilitate me picking my car up the following week. My car was fixed by Monday and is running great. Would bring my car back here for any future issues for sure!”

I would advise follow up upon completion of the service, make sure millese tag are up properly and dashboard reset correctly, if adjusted showing oil levels 100% and lastly walk through the cat make sure nothing left behind, just a piece of customer care, job done right ✅️”
