I was at plenty Metrotown a couple weeks ago. Got to meet Ellysia. She was super helpful. Best customer service I've gotten at any store. Hope she becomes a manager soon.

The staff are very helpful and the variety of clothing styles in the store can accommodate anyone. The overall ambiance of the store is also really nice!
