“Staff was helpful and really nice about my return and exchange even though I came in close to closing. Although the store line up is set up weird, I ended up standing awkwardly and confused at the "line starts here" sign wondering why it was never my turn until a nice employee came over and told me to wait by a cash register instead... The system is weird too, though the staff seemed to understand it well. It would show as "1 item left" even though there's actually none left.”
“Love shopping here with my Mom and daughter! The clothes are always on trend and Larissa is very friendly and polite with everyone that comes through the door. I dislike it when retail shops just stuff your clothes that you bought in a bag but at Chickadee, The clothes are folded nicely and wrapped in paper so its nice to see the care put into that! Truly nice to get excellent customer service at this little boutique in Burnaby!”

“I swooped in this morning to grab a blazer for an upcoming family Christmas get together, and had a 5-star shopping experience from start to finish. All staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and extremely accommodating. Nandini (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was absolutely stellar and made me feel valued, so I’d like to highlight her today. She even offered to order me an item that wasn’t present in the store when I inquired about such during the checkout process. It felt like such a personalized shopping experience and truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I’m so happy that I came here today, and thanks again to all the wonderful staff here. You all rock!”
