“I swooped in this morning to grab a blazer for an upcoming family Christmas get together, and had a 5-star shopping experience from start to finish. All staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and extremely accommodating. Nandini (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was absolutely stellar and made me feel valued, so I’d like to highlight her today. She even offered to order me an item that wasn’t present in the store when I inquired about such during the checkout process. It felt like such a personalized shopping experience and truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I’m so happy that I came here today, and thanks again to all the wonderful staff here. You all rock!”

“This is the only menswear shop in Lougheed Mall. It's better than The Bay. Better clothes. Bigger sizes. The customer service is excellent. I would shop here if they had ladies clothes because the service provided is impeccable. Instead I shop here for my husband.”

“I love this Lululemon store. Always greeted by someone to point you in the right direction if needed. Staff have always been very helpful and friendly. No complaints whatsoever. Large variety of items in all sizes, a discount rack, large change rooms. If I order anything online and need to return, it is hassle free. One time I had a bit of an issue ( can’t recall what it was); they didn’t give me a hard time but tried to work to come to a fair resolution which I was completely happy with.”

“I went in to purchase a suit and received amazing service and guidance as it was my first time at Indochino.I was assisted by Nishante at the Metrotown location. He was extremely professional and very thorough with his explanations regarding sizing and alterations. I'm particularly practical so he was able to recommend alterations that made sense while still getting me out of my comfort zone to try something new. His guidance helped me craft two suits when I had officially came in for just one.I'm very excited to see the end results and would definitely recommend Nishante and Indochino Metrotown to anyone looking to get quality suits and personalized direction from a professional.”
