Came in after looking at luggage on their website. I wanted to see it in person before buying. Aman M. was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products while not being a pushy salesperson. I left with exactly what I needed.

Was here with my partner the other day for the Black Friday sale. Despite us having a few questions, asking for a price match seen on the Herschel website, and a few other blunders with our transaction, the two employees that assisted us kept their cool and had a ton of patience. Awesome customer service!
