Very helpful staff & clean store! Went to do an exchange for my daughter. I found one of the items & had trouble locating the other needed item. An employee helped search (it was showing in stock) but couldn’t locate it either. Then they offered to ship the other needed item to my home for free.

Great sales and even better salespeople! The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is that the air conditioner was having a hard time keeping up with the Arkansas heat. I was so hot that a guy gave me a pamphlet to fan myself with.

Came to look around yesterday and the clearance area had some really good stuff! And the staff was so friendly. The friendliest experience I've had at an Old Navy. One of them saw me carrying a huge stack of clothes and grabbed me a bag to use. They constantly checked to make sure I was doing okay. Loved it!
