“I reciently visited the mall. And happened to visit Old Navy first. I liked the selection and the staff.That was the only placed i shopped that day. Applied for credit card. Saved quite a bit of money with sales and Credit card approval. and the card will save me $$ each visit in the future.I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and JJ the Mgr. He assisted me with filling out card App. The young lady, T, my cashier, was patient and polite and courtesies. I am 65 yo. shopping is not one of my strong points. I had a very pleasnt expierence yesterday at Old Navy.Respectifully Submitted,Jack. USMC”

“I haven't been to JCPENNEY in years and I'm glad I did go. Had to find a dress for me and my daughter for a family event. Everyone was helpful and made my shopping time short after describing what I had in mind. Great job with assistance!!”
“I love the selection of items and the amount of sales items available too. I am not overly excited about new item pricing. Seems a bit high for my simple, average budget.Store personel don't hover. They don't offer assistance either. So if you need help, you may have to seek someone's help. Good luck with the worker shortage.”
