“Cameran was incredible and exceeded my expectations in every way! He was knowledgeable, detail oriented, attentive, and proactive. He double checked transaction and sizing details, explained the process for ordering clothing styles that weren't currently in stock at the store, provided different clothing fits and options based on feedback, and, in a strange twist of fate I could never have predicted from a shopping excursion for pants, provided me with automotive information that helped me avoid being ripped off by a mechanic. Truly, this man went above and beyond the call of duty.”

“My friend and I stopped at the mall to go to various stores, and I wanted to visit American Eagle to look for shorts.I always have a difficult time finding shorts that fit me (or even finding my size) and that are also on sale or affordable. I looked around for at least an hour trying on different shorts, had maybe 3 fitting rooms, etc.I finally found a pair of jeans that fit me and were on clearance. I love American Eagle because I know it’s high quality and will last you for years, so finding it on clearance is a huge plus.Raphael joked with me saying “you’ve reached your limit of trying stuff on” but he was super friendly and ready to help when we needed it.Lakey was also super sweet and funny, she helped me sign up and I received a discount on top of the clearance deal. She also had no problem finding the type of shorts I wanted and checking if they were on sale.Diamond was also a great employee, she made you feel welcomed and that you could ask her for anything. She was the first to greet us and inform us about the deals.Overall this was the best experience at American Eagle I’ve ever had. I never usually shop here due to expenses, but this experience makes me more likely to visit again soon.”

“I reciently visited the mall. And happened to visit Old Navy first. I liked the selection and the staff.That was the only placed i shopped that day. Applied for credit card. Saved quite a bit of money with sales and Credit card approval. and the card will save me $$ each visit in the future.I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and JJ the Mgr. He assisted me with filling out card App. The young lady, T, my cashier, was patient and polite and courtesies. I am 65 yo. shopping is not one of my strong points. “First visit on 3/21/2024 was on a recommendation and we walked out very happy customers. Upon walking in the store, we were greeted with smiles and not long till a young woman, Charvai Graham, was asking questions on favorite color, type of occasion, etc. She made us feel like we were the only customers in their shop and believe me there were plenty trying on prom dresses. It is my first time to shop for granddaughter #2 for her first prom and Charvai was so patient as we tried on dress after dress. We loved that she gave Ryanne’s mom & I her professional opinion how the dress looked on her. The selections were impressive and priced well according to our budget. The checkout process was easy and we were thanked for our business by all behind the sales counter. Take the time and wonder in to a very impressive shop in McCain Mall, NLR.”

“Really great shop. Really great clothes, good prices. There were not a whole lot of stuff that I personally could wear, but I have very particular tastes, but we were shopping for a friend there. I enjoyed it. The lady working was super nice and helpful. She seemed like she genuinely liked working there which was good. Sometimes the workers just act bored and annoyed but she didn't so that was nice.”

“It was nicely stocked, lots of good product to look thru and pricing wasn't horrible on most things. (Please read edit below, kudos to the owner & crew! ?) Young crew of ladies working and very chatty to each other when customers could have been helped but finding that everywhere with this newly working generation, if you can find any one of them to do work at all! *Exits soapbox knowing it won't make difference anyway.* I'll go back to shop again eventually but not one I'll frequent.Edited: to give 5 stars, as that owner response was exactly what I hoped for. I felt it was just a simple fix/reminder and my soapbox wasn't directly at your girls or your store! It's natural shift in generations that I watched in my own 2 now-grown sons, 10 years between them was noticeable changes, as well. Wow, I sound like "my parents" did, lol. Thank you for recognizing my intent and I'll be back to shop soon! Your integrity was shining thru your response and that is worth 5 stars anytime!”
