“Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”

“I called on Friday to order 5 tires for my jeep. I was looking for a specific tire that seemed to be harder to find locally. They were able to order them and get them on my Jeep by Tuesday! Incredible especially for a holiday week. Once I dropped my Jeep off, it was ready in under an hour. Seriously impressive. “I first reached out to Superior Mazda about a month ago letting them know my interest in a CX-5. Rex was the one who reached out to me, and today i sent him a message letting him know I was ready to purchase (I've known from the get-go the CX-5 was for me - this is now my 3rd). The exact model I wanted had been sold the day before, but he didn't give up!! He was able to find me a newer model, under my max price point, and it all took just under 3.5hrs (I can remember when you needed a full 8hr day to go through everything), which was amazing.
