“I have to give 10 stars to JD automotive in Pea Ridge, AR! They were a complete pleasure to deal with from beginning to end! They were professional, courteous, efficient, and very fair priced! They had unbelievably quick turn around! I’m 100% satisfied with the treatment my car and I received from Jacob, Harry, and all the staff (I don’t know everyone’s name yet)! Basically, my car was broken down. First, they got me in with no appointment. Second, they called me soon after that with the complete diagnostic report and a quote. Third, they somehow got the parts overnighted. Fourth, they somehow miraculously fixed the 9 mechanical and computer problems. Fifth, they had me in and out from start to finish in less than 48 hours! Sixth, the price was definitely fair and even less than I was expecting. I have a new mechanic…and it’s JD AUTOMOTIVE!!
