Rex was the one who reached out to me, and today i sent him a message letting him know I was ready to purchase (I've known from the get-go the CX-5 was for me - this is now my 3rd). “The workers here are fantastic and personable. While driving from Fayetteville to bentonville, the bottom part of my car came off and was dragging (due to a oil change). I had no idea what was going on. I drove on the side of 49 for 5 miles during rush hour, sobbing, and finally came across this place. The man came out and I asked him if he had any duct tape. He then laid on the hot cement for probably 10 mins, and helped me without any question (he didn’t duct tape it either. He really fixed it so I’d be safe to drive). He explained everything the oil place did wrong and talked me through everything he was doing. I tried to pay him but he insisted I didn’t and told me he has a daughter and to not worry about it. Not many places have workers as kind and considerate as this place. They’re so deserving of business! I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, but if you’re reading this, thank you for your kindness. You saved me so many tears and turned my day completely around.”

But with the most recent incident, all I requested was a diagnosis and a quote. Instead, they identified the electronic issue, remedied the situation, and didn't bill me for the labor OR the diagnosis due to the simplicity of the repair. In this day and age where everyone is looking to scam you for a dollar, that goes a long way towards demonstrating the type of shop they operate.
