“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”
“Daughter had a problem with her phone, we wnt into this store and Michelle helped us. She was AMAZING! So knowledgable and had us in and out and my daughters phone fixed in no time!”

“I went to this T-Mobile to get internet one 4-7-24 around 5:40pm the store was about to close their was 5 employees staff members. When I walked in they were attending to customers. They all acknowledged me by saying welcome to T-Mobile. When one became available to assist me. He was very professional then within 5 mins I had 4 of the 5 employees assisting me in getting the product I needed. I walked out feeling very pleased. Great job Avondale T-Mobile on Dysart.”
“Any provider can provide good internet service, but what make Wyyerd different is amazing customer service. I've never had to wait more than a minute, if that. When you call, you only have two options, not a nested menu of options that take time to work through. Option 1 is help if the service is down or you're having problems and option 2 is all other issues. Then a very short notice that the call is recorded.When you talk to a person, they're always friendly and helpful. I recommend Wyyerd to anyone looking to purchase or change internet providers.”

“While recently visiting Arrowhead mall, I stopped by T-Mobile to get some insight and information on qualifying promotion's under my plan. My first interaction was great with a greet at the door and was checked in right away. The wait time was about 15 minutes which wasn't bad at all with the high traffic of customers. While I was waiting, one employee went above and beyond and had conversations with me to kill time. As I was called up for my check in time, the manager was very kind and help me with all my concerns. Not only did I leave the establishment with everything I wanted to know, I also left with great deals and upgrades to my plan that were very inexpensive. Over all, I enjoyed my interaction with the staff of T-Mobile!”

“I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my Motorola phone that I had had for 5 years. Theodore took the time to show me which phone was best for me and which plan was best for me. He was very professional and helpful.Theodore downloaded everything off my old phone onto my new phone. He also showed me some of the great features of my new Motorola edge Plus. He then help me sync my new Motorola edge Plus to my car's bluetooth. He mentioned several times and if I needed help or if I had any questions that I could call the store or come in and they would be glad to help.I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Theodore. Great customer service!”
“I've had boost service for 5+ year's never really had any service issues a few trouble spots here and there overall I'm satisfied.
As far as this location I've never had an issue with employees or with upgrading and or buying a phone.
I did however receive some wrong information on a phone recently. DO NOT buy the TCL version phone if you like to use TAP TO PAY at retailers.
Other than that the phones okay.”

“This is one of only 3 or 4 corporate stores in the whole valley, All the other t mobile stores are kiosks/ Franchise stores. I always go out of my way to come to the store for the last 20 years Because of the professionalism of the employees which is way above what the kiosk stores can offer.”

“I Would like to give this stores customer service a 10/10. Came here today because I broke my screen protector to my watch and needed it replaced. Went to a store on 43rd and McDowell where they immediately just tried to sell me another protector with out asking me the right question of "whats the number for the watch " he just asked for my number and said it wasn't the right coverage and i couldnt find my receipt to help with the situation. Well when I came to this store I was helped by Erick and right from the start asked me the right questions to help me out and find the warranty and even gave me a copy of the receipt again. Day and night between customer service thanks again !!!”
