“Had to post this here since yelp has not updated their database to include the Catalina branch. I did my research and this credit union has great ratings. I went to the Catalina branch where Kimberly set up my checking and savings accounts. Not only was she warm and friendly but professional at the same time. Shawn, the branch manager, even came in to welcome me to the branch and to see if I had any questions for her. The process was quick and efficient but I never felt like I was being rushed. The same goes for their teller Kathie. As I was making my first deposit she made sure to explain my deposit slip to me. I would definitely recommend!”

We were so fortunate to find that place, and to have Commerce Bank stick with us to provide the existing home loan. We received timely and personalized service that resulted in an early closing at a great rate just as interest rates were beginning to spike. Their professionalism literally saved us money. “It’s really amazing how most people blame the bank for their errors. I was at park and grant last week and a man who came in maybe two minutes before me got upset with the female teller about the wait. She was the only one working and got a long line down quickly. Being understaffed is hard enough but his wait wasn’t long at all. he tried to be rude but she was straight forward and professional. I don’t bank here but I would hire her at my job, I was surprised she wasn’t a manager I was impressed by her professionalism and great attitude despite the entitlement some people have. I called and got her name Georgina you belong in management if you aren’t already great job !!!!!”

I decided to transfer my car loan from another credit union because of the lower interest rate and the highest satisfaction rating of all Tucson credit unions (yes, I checked). I went to the Speedway location which is closer to me. Anita was also professional, polite and friendly and made the process painless. While doing paperwork for the car loan I noted the employees greeted customers by name. Their interest rate for a loan to pay off my credit cards was also lower than what I am currently paying so I transferred that debt also. I am completely 100% satisfied with this decision and I am very pleased I contacted them.”
