Things are so different now after Covid but one thing remains, and that is the quality of their merchandise. I like that they still have sales but I'm sad that there is no longer a New Year's Day sale.”

“I don't know what all the beef is about, there seems to be a lot of people complaining about this bank but hey everything worked fine and when you're out in the middle of nowhere in East Tucson on a road that has nothing from miles and either direction it's wonderful to find a bank with so many drive-thru Lanes so many Versa tellers so that banking can be done and carried on as we move on down the road. Thank you Bank of America”

“I went with U.S. Bank because they have Saturday hours, they met my criteria for my 501(c)(3), and Marco was super friendly and helpful with the set up of my account. we exchanged a few emails before my appointment to make sure that I had all the paperwork straight so I didn't have to waste any time when I was there. I've never had a banker go above and beyond for me like that. he answered all my questions, he told me a potential issues that might occur with some of my paperwork, and he explained how to avoid fees. I hope the rest of my experience with this bank goes as well as my first day, I will have to wait and see though. I will also add, while I was doing my appointment there were tons of friendly people coming and going and the tellers were all very friendly and everybody was greeting everybody. It felt like an old school bank in a small town.”
