The only thing I have to say that it's inconvenient sometimes is that there is only one location in Tucson and that is in Downtown, maybe they should put another Credit Union North Tucson or even Marana.”

“Lita, at the Campbell office, was so polite and professional as well as friendly I immediately felt comfortable with SunWest CU. I decided to transfer my car loan from another credit union because of the lower interest rate and the highest satisfaction rating of all Tucson credit unions (yes, I checked). I went to the Speedway location which is closer to me. Anita was also professional, polite and friendly and made the process painless. While doing paperwork for the car loan I noted the employees greeted customers by name. Their interest rate for a loan to pay off my credit cards was also lower than what I am currently paying so I transferred that debt also. I am completely 100% satisfied with this decision and I am very pleased I contacted them.”

“Had to post this here since yelp has not updated their database to include the Catalina branch. I did my research and this credit union has great ratings. I went to the Catalina branch where Kimberly set up my checking and savings accounts. Not only was she warm and friendly but professional at the same time. Shawn, the branch manager, even came in to welcome me to the branch and to see if I had any questions for her. The process was quick and efficient but I never felt like I was being rushed. The same goes for their teller Kathie. As I was making my first deposit she made sure to explain my deposit slip to me. I would definitely recommend!”

They are always accommodating, 90% of business can be conducted via an app and every staff person I've worked with has been amazingly accommodating. It's too bad that folks with little history with the credit union find it useful to leave one-star reviews. Oh well, the power of social media.”

“Haven't had a bank account in many years due to being in a disability battle and not being able to work for a very long time but finally won and out of all the banks I have talked to to figure out where I wanted to bank at this time Tucson federal credit union made it so very easy and helped me get everything set up as well as the app for your account online and everyone was very friendly and courteous a d made opening a bank account which I absolutely don't like having but made me feel completely comfortable with them and making sure I had my account set up so if I have a tiny mistake instead of just getting hit with $33 overdraft fees it will just automatically move money from my saving account over to my checking to save me from the overdraft and even walked out with my debit card the same day no wait to access your account or anything, best bank experience ever and everyone was very helpful from having to text them to even figure out what i need to do to open an account tĥere and pretty much all I had to do was show up and they did the rest from there and answered the questions I had before I even had to ask and all was answered in the process of just opening the account of the few questions I had and again thank you to everyone at the midtown branch for your help and how kind and friendly everyone was”
