I don’t usually leave reviews for banks, but I felt compelled to after my most recent visit. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Shelly talked me through some options that PFCU offers and made me feel at home. She is also hilarious! Thank you to this location for making me feel so loved. You’re the best!

I am very impressed with the friendly service, professionalism as well as great help using a variety of services they offer. We needed a notary signing for our documents and were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for the signing. Great customer service and we are not even customers of this credit union. We will be soon!!
