“I Visited the store and spoke with Eloy Toledo. very knowledgeable not pushy nor trying to sell me something I don't need. He explained things well and I chose a plan. Eloy kept me up to date on install date and time. I also called him to choose a different plan once reviewing the plan with wife. Eloy did this without hesitation and thanked me for joining cox cable. I am very pleased with the customer service Eloy has provided me and I'm just waiting for the install. Cox is new in my area and I will refer my neighbors to get with Eloy if they are unhappy with their current provider.”
“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”
“Very glad I went into this store. Iris provided excellent customer service. She was informative and helped answer all my questions patiently. I hadn’t come back to T-Mobile service for a couple years but she made this experience so easy that I want to stay with them permanently now. She made sure to get me the best deal possible as a returning customer and I left feeling very glad I switched over. Hire more reps like Iris!”

“I went to this T-Mobile to get internet one 4-7-24 around 5:40pm the store was about to close their was 5 employees staff members. When I walked in they were attending to customers. They all acknowledged me by saying welcome to T-Mobile. When one became available to assist me. He was very professional then within 5 mins I had 4 of the 5 employees assisting me in getting the product I needed. I walked out feeling very pleased. Great job Avondale T-Mobile on Dysart.”

Genesis and Jorge both treated me with respect. Even though I felt mislead by the company prior to walking into the store. “Time. Money. MobilityWhoever has enough better yet when is it ever just so? Boost mobile associate was very helpful. She honestly informed me of Time involved when porting a number from tracphone which heavily influenced Money and Mobility in my decision to buy the refurbished XR by apple. She patiently answered all questions and prepared my new phone with Case and screen protector plus airbuds. Whoa!!although the numbers for my contacts didn’t port messaging and phone service made me mobile again.Thanks again for all you help!”

“I've had boost service for 5+ year's never really had any service issues a few trouble spots here and there overall I'm satisfied.
As far as this location I've never had an issue with employees or with upgrading and or buying a phone.
I did however receive some wrong information on a phone recently. DO NOT buy the TCL version phone if you like to use TAP TO PAY at retailers.
Other than that the phones okay.”

“This is one of only 3 or 4 corporate stores in the whole valley, All the other t mobile stores are kiosks/ Franchise stores. I always go out of my way to come to the store for the last 20 years Because of the professionalism of the employees which is way above what the kiosk stores can offer.”
“So drop by T-Mobile store on West Phoenix Thomas location second visit there and all nice store nice and clean. They take care of you as you walk in the door specific person. “I Would like to give this stores customer service a 10/10. Came here today because I broke my screen protector to my watch and needed it replaced. Went to a store on 43rd and McDowell where they immediately just tried to sell me another protector with out asking me the right question of "whats the number for the watch " he just asked for my number and said it wasn't the right coverage and i couldnt find my receipt to help with the situation. Well when I came to this store I was helped by Erick and right from the start asked me the right questions to help me out and find the warranty and even gave me a copy of the receipt again. Day and night between customer service thanks again !!!”
