Really bad customer service they told me I was going to pay 160 I keep getting billed 300 dollars they said one thing when I purchased the phones and now they are saying different I don’t recommend changing to Verizon really disappointed really bad customer service and I feel like they lied to me I should have never changed... read full comment

Jose helped me with my new phone, the first day he spent a couple of hours while I waited. He's a nice kid and I enjoyed talking with him. The store had six people working that day, I was happy to see that. I had to go back again and it was no problem for him.....

Verizon Wireless is the best !!! You want outstanding customer service at this location "Jose" is the man. He's honest ,patient very understanding and has a heart ❤️ of love.
