“The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”
“Great experience. I had an older 12" MacBook that wasn't working. I brought it in along with a new motherboard. The staff installed the motherboard and a clean version of MacOS. The MacBook works great and I'm very happy with the results and the experience.
