my boyfriend and i went in to exchange some pants he got and ended up looking around too. victor was super helpful and very nice! usually everyone just comes up and tells us their name and walk away but he was making sure we were getting help when needed and checked up even when it was getting busy!

I just wanna give Matt a big thanks for the help over the phone. I called about a certain brand of sunglasses that are hard to find. He gave me great advice. I did end up purchasing them online, only because he was very helpful and put up with my questions. Thank you from Mt.

WORST customer service!! They are rude and don't believe or listen to the customer. Returns are near impossible (like they just don't accept them, even with tags on and the receipt one week later). So don't buy anything if there is ANY chance at all that you might need to return it for any reason.
