“I recently obtained BMO's credit card with 5% cash back for satellite, internet and streaming services. As well, they offer 3% cash back on gasoline and groceries and finally 1% cash back on all other expenditures. Only catch is that I buy about 90% groceries at Dollar Tree and about 10% non-grocery items, yet BMO's computer rates that store for a 1% cash back. I'll go back to using my Wells Fargo 2% cash back on everything at Dollar Tree. So let me know, BMO if you ever redo your discount at 2% of my grocery items at Dollar Tree.”

“I've had great experinces with this branch. I've opened my account back in 2018, added my now wife in 2024, opened up a savings account and a second account for my sanity, they have always been helpful and made sure every time i opened an account to remind me to switch to paperless so i didn't get hit with a fee. I've even come to deposit checks and cash with only one issue which was quickly resovled. recently had to go in to get something notrized and no probelms there either! Love this branch will miss it when i move.”

I read through all of the negative reviews for this branch and I think these people are absolutely insane. The branch doesn't have any control over how often your physical card is locked, that's a you problem, the negative reviews about customer service are out-of-touch with reality. The employees are always professional and do a great job, they could probably use another teller during busy hours as two can be a little slow.
The people who show up and expect to meet with a banker at once are in a special category of entitled, you should make an appointment to meet with a banker. Of course you can walk in, I did so today and made an appointment for an hour later, came back in much sooner than expected 30 minutes later and the Branch Manager himself, Robb, assisted me with opening a different account while the other banker was busy. I didn't demand anything, he volunteered to assist me earlier than my appointment. That's good customer service.
They're a big traditional bank, they feel like any other major bank. They are better than WF in all categories, especially in important categories like ethics and morals.

“They have been helpful, and fare with me.When I opened a account with them they took a lot of time going over everything with me. They answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel rushed at all.When I went back to open a second account it was denied, and they helped go over why and what I can do to gain approval. I took their advice and was approved a few months later.There are many locations available, some with drive through windows, and others inside businesses.I like their hours, because it works well with my schedule.Always friendly employees that are willing to do so much for customers”
