“f you're a business owner you're out there you're probably looking for a banker who is not only going to guide you through the process, but also be responsive, informative, and creative to the challenges that come with lending. I was convinced that such a banker didn't exist, until I met Noah from Sunflower. The service I receive from Noah has been unbelievable compared to the other 4 banks I've had relationships with in the past. In the last year Noah has executed multiple transactions for me and my businesses and I can honestly say I spend about 1-2 hours per transaction filling out docs. Anything that Noah could do without new information from me he handled himself. Heck, we're closing on an equipment purchase here soon with a vendor that doesn't accept wire's and he's offering to run the check down to the vendor himself! Although they are relatively new to the Arizona market they will do very well here with small and medium-sized businesses like ours. Karla, Sarah, and Randy are the three primary people we deal with on our account. Although the branch does not have a drive-thru, I can't recall having to wait more than 5 minutes for help with deposits, cashier's checks, and any other frequent transactions. Highly recommended.”

After explaining what I needed, she then referred me to Genevieve. In the meantime, Ann and I had a wonderful conversation! Then Genevieve proceeded to help me with a complicated situation, which could have potentially been extremely stressful, except that she was so kind, compassionate, and professional, that I couldn't have had a better experience!On a sidenote, Desert Financial, could you please award your employees annually, instead of bi-annually? When I asked her about her Lucite numeral 1, Genevieve explained to me that she had actually been there two years, and was close to getting her three year award, which will be a Lucite 3. I didn't understand, where was the 2? I was told they are only given out every two years. Are you flipping kidding me? Come on Desert Financial, award your excellent employees annually! I would personally pay for a 2 for Genevieve, and if it comes down to 4 years, I will gladly pay for that one! People like Genevieve and Ann, and I'm sure there are others, are why I didn't close my accounts and leave Desert Financial!”
