“6/6/23 - I originally went to the Peoria location in January just for a refinance. They ran my credit only for me to be denied with no reason given. I went in to this location today and Laura B. was extremely helpful with showing me what refinancing my specific vehicle would be, before even getting into the refinance process and running my credit again. I really appreciate her transparency and willingness to show me exactly what I’d be getting into if we submitted a refinance and I had gotten approved. I didn’t get that experience at Peoria so I’ll be coming to this location from now on:) Thank you for everything!”

“When I was a kid I remember going into the bank with my dad and it was a blast. They would have 10 cent gum ball machines, a water dispenser, and the entire place just smelt wonderful. Not to mention the staff was always well mannered.The entire staff at this location are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to make each experience comfortable. I’ve never had a bad time here. I often bring my 3 kids to this location only and they love it! It’s a wonderful life experience for them and I’m happy that AZ Bank and Trust can give them that.”

“My company has been banking with Wells Fargo for the last 10 years and since COVID one thing that's been a big decline is good customer service. Usually you go into a branch and they have a couple bankers at desks on the floor and one teller working. You have to go wait in a huge line where you end up spending half your day waiting to make some deposits. This branch was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and courtesy. My teller today was Jessica and she was 5 star amazing! Not only was she bubbly and so polite she assisted me with my many deposits with pleasant delight. I've been into other branches with the same amount of deposits and I've been met with not so friendly tellers pushing me to set up night deposits so they don't have to deal with the several that I bring in during the week. My company puts a lot of money through Wells Fargo so it's kind of disheartening to hear such push back from a bank that you are the customer.. well that's not the case today!!! I was greeted with a smile and Jessica took care of my deposit needs. She also let me know that the branch has full staff and there's many tellers working at all times so no one will have to wait too long. She said her manager does a great job giving the support they need which is great to hear because that's the kind of manager I pride myself to be. If you bank with Wells Fargo. This is the branch for you and if you get Jessica you know you are in good hands.”

“I was in Queen Creek doing some shopping and with the price of everything these days, I ran out of cash. I did a search for a nearby Wells Fargo and this was the closest one. It seemed to be a bit out of the way, and I was surprised that there weren't more locations in the area. Drove here and used the drive up ATM machine. There was nobody in line ahead of me and I was able to pull up with ease, while driving my mother's car, which I was not 100% used to driving. No issues here whatsoever. No panhandlers near the ATM harassing customers as I have become accustomed to at home, in the LA area. 5 out of 5 stars!”

A huge thank you to Ruben, James, and Christian.My husband and I were previously Simple bank customers, which was then bought out by BBVA, and then bought out by PNC. We unfortunately didn't like either BBVA or PNC as much due to extra fees and slower transfer times, so we decided to close our account. Unfortunately we ran into some trouble with PNC's mobile support in the process, so we finally visited the branch for help. We were super thankful that the branch was able to get everything smoothed out.I initially worked with Ruben who was fantastic! He was very patient and did not give up until we found a solution for my problem. He was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. During our second visit, we additionally worked with James and Christian who were great as well. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about helping us.I would easily give 5 stars for the service at this branch. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because PNC as a company seems to have processes that slow things down and make things more difficult for both their employees and customers. Both visits took quite a bit of time, at no fault of the branch employees. PNC processes required them to make calls, wait on hold, and go through multiple hoops for support.”
