“Time. Money. MobilityWhoever has enough better yet when is it ever just so? Boost mobile associate was very helpful. She honestly informed me of Time involved when porting a number from tracphone which heavily influenced Money and Mobility in my decision to buy the refurbished XR by apple. She patiently answered all questions and prepared my new phone with Case and screen protector plus airbuds. Whoa!!although the numbers for my contacts didn’t port messaging and phone service made me mobile again.Thanks again for all you help!”

“" Justice here" I purchased 3 phones from this location from Brenda, this girl was the worst. Not sure why she didn't like us from the beginning. Another couple walked in behind us she right away said she had discounts and sales to offer them. I asked her about them, her response was we only have what was on sale for Thanksgiving. I'm like u offered them a discount for the turn on?She ignored me, 1 of the phones is a Samsung that was not keeping charge and was heating up while charging. I spoke to Michael A yesterday afternoon he told me he would be able to assist me at 1:00 pm the next day which is 2day if the phone was having the issues I mentioned, he never showed up. We spent almost 500.00 dollars on these phones so yes I'd like this issue taken care off.I was assisted by a girl named Brittney she was friendly, courteous, respectful and had great customer service. She examined the phone and felt how hot it was and exchanged it for me. Thank u Brittney for ur customerservice! Yes I have been to this location in the past n' all the great ppl are no longer working here!...”

“I have been coming to his shop for more than 5 years now and have bought many phones for people here. I have never had a problem with any of the phones, and he is the vest. I gave looked at other places, even the big stores, and they want double the price for the same phone he has. Save some money and support your local mom/pop shops.

“I live in Avondale. My Boost store never opened on Sunday. Their door sign said 11:00 am.No answering their phone or sign on the door saying why.This location, in Glendale, took great care of me. It was a drive but I'm so happy they were open and helped me.”
“This place was great! My iPhone screen wouldn't turn on after it fell at about 7:30 at night, and I really needed it for work/school the next day. Drove down to the mall and gave it to him and had it all fixed within an hour of it breaking. The $65 + tax wasn't bad either given the urgency and the service provided.”
