“Alcove is an excellent place to live. The exterior and lake is beautiful. The area is safe, surrounded by plenty of safe walking areas. Residents have easy access to a variety of restaurants, stores, and bars for those who like to go out.Interior is homely and well-designed. I live in a 2-bed, 2-bath suite and the space is sufficient for everyday living. The only downside is that the kitchen is small, so it’s not the best place to host big parties. Maintenance is timely and competent.If I could, I would live here forever. Staff are friendly. Be sure to check this apartment out if you are looking for a place to call home.”

“4 years and counting and nothing bad to say. This place has great staff, the best amenities and best maintenance team! They respond typically within 15 to 30 minutes and fix your problem immediately. My AC went out for the first time in 4 years and they quickly brought a nice big temp ac cooler until it could be fixed....which took less than 24 hours and that was only because we had to wait for a part. Everything is included in rent......except SRP, which is amazing! Internet pre-wired through all the walls and wifi set up is fantastic if you work from home. So much more to say but that's all for now!”

“We've really loved living here for the last year. No major complaints at all. Seems like maintenance has been rather quick and on top of most things. It's our first apartment experience in years and I'd definitely recommend it to other people.We really liked that the main bedroom is larger than most and the first floor patio on some of the units have a huge patio which is great if you have dogs. The units facing Palm st are so peaceful, in my opinion.”

“Complex is nice to live at. I really like my updated unit and the floor plan. Nice square footage at a little over 1k square feet for a 2 bedroom. I feel very safe inside the complex and in the general area at night which is a big plus for me. My neighbors have always been friendly and the office leaves us alone. There is a nice neighborhood next to the complex for walks. Complex is also within walking distance to a circle k, quick trip, restaurant, car wash, and the Dana Park plaza. Close to the US 60. Been here 2 years and will possibly be here another year if I can't get into a house”
