If your looking for a place to call home District lofts is it everything is immaculate the grounds are very well kept and management is pleasant to deal with ask for Chanda she is very knowledgeable and super helpful

Had a great experience at the lofts. The location is great, with in walking distance from downtown Gilbert and the farmers market on Saturday mornings. The gym was nice if you needed a quick work out and the pool had some good energy to it. All the residents we interacted with were very friendly.

Jennifer was the absolute best! We just moved in today and had a little bit of a bump in the road but Jennifer and Gayle took great care of us. Great pricing, great location, great amenities!!! We are looking forward to living here for the next few years!
