“I am a new move in and I could not be any more pleased!!!! The staff is wonderful the maintenance is on point and the place is just a very homey and quiet community. My dog Sam is welcomed and my place is cute and quaint. I had a few things that needed to be fixed but they were fixed asap with no problems at all. Both Jamie and Monteca were very pleasant in the office and with my entire process. This is a fresh start for me and I am so pleased I chose Gentry's Walk. WOW.”

“The staff here are very kind, helpful, and on-point. There are over 300 units here, built with real building materials you don't see anymore. Not the Tyvek or particle board here. The gals in the office, Sara, with her bubbly personality, remembers everyone's name. And Linda, who can recall every minute detail of every apartment onsite, have always made me feel appreciated. The entire staff demonstrate excellent customer service along with a genuine warm heartedness you just don't see anywhere else.”

“I visited; and first I called to see if anything was available 3 times.No answer and no mess. available.I got there by bus. Car died 3 weeks ago. The was from the bus was back breaking. Have a really bad back. Come to find they have a list of 400 people. You must be an artist of a kind to live there. I did not see any apartments.Couldn't tell you about them. Am amenity they have is an art gallery on the 1st floor. Looks great.Good luck if you wanted to move in .”

It's worth noting that many of those giving low ratings are parking without proper tags, and some don’t even have their cars registered. It's essential to remember the importance of maintaining a safe environment, especially in a community where children are present. We should be grateful that the apartment complex is ensuring that only authorized vehicles are parked here. It's a privilege to have a school bus come down the road every morning for our kids. It's disheartening to see some vehicles blocking the entrance without a parking pass. This community offers so much more than just a parking spot – it's close to Costco, surrounded by top Mesa schools, near delightful Mexican eateries, and conveniently located next to a highway that connects you to anywhere in just 20 minutes. I've been a proud resident for 5 years and plan on retiring here. This is not just an apartment complex; it's home.”

“I lived here for about a year and a half and I personally enjoyed it, couple times the internet went out and my A/C had issues but I can deal. There’s some tweakers here and there but they never seemed to bother me as it just kinda comes with the area. The internet was solid for games and was just a decent place to live for how long I was there. Definitely feel like once they get the gates finished and all the remodeling and bring back security it’ll be a even better place to live.”

“It's pretty much a barracks with a general inspection twice a month. If you're coming from the streets this place is perfect. Don't expect privacy.What do you expect from "transitional" housing. Use it for what is worth and then drive tf on. Good luck.”

“Update: it’s been some time living here and while there’s been some unfavorable changes I just want to say Patricia is amazing and really the everyday staff (Jen and the maintenance team) are wonderful. They make it happen effortlessly.We recently moved into our home about a month ago and so far we absolutely love it. “Two months ago I recently moved out due to me buying a condo. My honest review here is that I had a few issues but they were resolved by the maintenance and I'm glad that they were able to fix it. In the comments, customers mentioned roach infestations but I guess my apartment was sealed from any coming in. I've been a resident for 2-3 years. It's normal for dogs to be barking, tenants gatherings or being loud (I had no issues with neighbors being loud). Overall, the closing was pretty smooth and now I'm a condo owner.”
“Maintenance was great work from Lorenzo I do think there was a little miscommunication with the front desk about him needing to get a part for our oven and they may not have been aware? Not sure but he was able to get the job done as he had the part, we are happy to be cooking in our home again.”
