“I thought I needed the charging port replaced on my Galaxy S22, so I called a few places for quotes. Not only was iPhoenix Cellphone & Repair about half the price of everyone else, he was also the only one that asked questions about the issue and surmised that all I probably needed was a cleaning. He suggested I bring it in for him to take a quick look. I brought the phone in, and 20 minutes later it was charging perfectly again for a grand total of $25. Couldn't have been a nicer experience. Granted, the neighborhood didn't seem super safe, but that's probably what lets him keep prices low. Would definitely recommend.”

I had to bring my iPad back a couple times because it kept acting finicky. In the end, they decided to swap out my iPad for another one at no additional charge! I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device.
