I’ve been staying here with family for the holidays, and I have to admit I hope there I am able to call this community home soon when my lease is up. “I really enjoy living here! I love the concept of a small house with its own back yard. And not having to worry about downstairs or upstairs neighbors. It’s very quiet and peaceful! Maintenance is always very prompt! The front office staff Is by far the best! Christine, Yessi & Jolene are wonderful! Always so friendly and always working with you and answering whatever questions you may have! They make any process and experience a good one!!!”

“My fiancé and I lived here for 3 years. We moved beginning of October 2021 and moved out August 2024. We loved it here and we’re heartbroken to leave due to work relocation. First, it’s in a fantastic location! Walking distance to all the great food and bars (shoutout to Leo’s hot dogs on Pecos and Arizona) every Thursday they even have a food truck out front. Even though you are in such a populated area you feel very safe with the gates and you can not enter any buildings without a key. Makes everything very secure. The property holds a lot of really awesome community events like summer parties and books clubs in some of the very very impressive amenities. The pool is beautiful and very well kept! Lots of grill space and cabanas and pool chairs to sun tan. They also have a beautiful fire pit area to hang out near in the winter. Upstairs they have a gorgeous rooftop area with grills and tvs. Awesome place to have game nights with friends. They also have a very very cute “speakeasy” where they throw little parties for the residents. Mailboxes and parcel room are very secure and never once had any issue with packages. The gym is very large and lots of equipment and weights. They keep it air conditioned well with music and TV’s. They even have a Pilates machine and boxing bag. They also have yoga a few nights a week which is incredible. The office is gorgeous, a huge cinema style projector and a quiet work conference area. A big community kitchen with a coffee maker and cold brew tap!! They even have beach cruisers you can take out and explore the beautiful downtown Chandler. We had two different units. We had a one bedroom on the 4th floor for the first two years and the remaining 10 months we were in a two bedroom unit on the first floor. Both beautiful. We did have a sliiiight problem with bugs on the first story but we learned quickly keep those drains closed and you are fine. Plus anytime we asked the office to spray they were there within 12 hours to take care of it. Speaking of the staff, Cerena is amazing and always made sure we were well taken care of had an answer for any questions we had. Gentry was also very very helpful the one and only time we had a very minor conflict with a neighbor he helped be a bridge of communication for us and the issue was immediately resolved. Jay was always available and ready to help with maintenance. Our AC went out last July and that man was on the roof at first daybreak getting it fixed. They all also were super nice to our pets and for that alone they get 10/10. The front desk ladies gave my dog a stuffed Goose toy and it’s still to this day her favorite. This is an amazing property and we made beautiful memories here that I will always cherish. Thank you so much for an amazing 3 years!! And if you’re reading this and considering signing a lease, grab that pen you won’t regret it.”

“I have lived here almost a week and have nothing but good things to say. Ashley is amazing. Before moving into Monument I stopped by just to look at one more place before ending my search (good thing I did) we showed up past the touring time but she still took the time to show me the apartment. If she wouldn’t have done that I probably would even be living here. I was over the search. Once I moved in my fob wasn’t working so I took it to the office for a new one- they were waiting on more and didn’t have any available. Roxann gave me the fob off her own keys so I would have one. I had some maintenance issues that I was concerned could turn into a bigger issues if left. It was a Sunday so I called the emergency maintenance line to report it just in case. Dom showed up at more to evaluate if it could wait until Monday to be fix. We love a crew who cares about preventing an emergency maintenance and not waiting for it to happen. Such a wonderful staff, I appreciate you all!”

“Love that we have honest Maintenance workers I can leave my stuff out and it doesn't come up missing they do a good job as I watch on my phone at work. They are very careful with the handling of your Property.”

“Great customer service by Joselyn very knowledgeable and welcoming.. Asst manager Sam was helpful and friendly too . Manager Elle was kind and pleasant Our ac went out and she made sure we accommodated with a temporary a/c while maintenance worked on it . the apartment complex is very clean quiet and everyone is friendly : ,pool is also nice and clean! Love it ! we moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath .. it’s very spacious even if it’s the older version its nice ! ? pet friendly!”

“We signed a purchase agreement end of June with Brenna. We weren’t expecting to sign one this day since we know it’s a sellers market. We were able to get a new build in the 4th building 2 bed room with a loft and picked out our unit! A couple months later we meet at the design center in Scottsdale and Allison was super helpful! Any questions or concerns you have about the units and building. They work with you! Tony and I can’t wait to move in hopefully summer of 2021! Will recommend the cays we love the resort style living.”

“It's been a month I am living here so far all good. Initially when we are moving here we don't have a chance to come personally and to have a tour but my wife colleague who is living here has recommended this place to live. Of course we are happy now as we have all kind of facilities which are getting managed appropriately by the property management. Thanks to Cailey and Michelle for all the help in completing the lease agreement online and making the house ready for us on time as agreed.

Houses are spacious with enough room for all our needs in this property. I do see some common area issues which are negligible to mention but if we take it to the notice of the office they are helping as soon as they can.

I must say the landscape here and the pool, Gym and parcel lockers are the best facilities that we have.

I am truly shocked at the lack of follow-through！！
I was assured multiple times that my package would be placed in my room, as I was out of town on a business trip and needed assistance. Despite sending at least ten messages and receiving confirmation that they would help, there was no follow-up. I’m shocked at such poor service quality, especially considering the monthly fees we pay without knowing their real value. While the living environment is generally good, this type of unresponsive service has been a terrible experience. My package is still missing, and this issue needs attention.”

“My experience at Hohokam villas has been nothing short of amazing. I moved in Aug 2021 and I will be moving out Dec 2023. This is my 5th apartment, and the management and maintenance staff here are hands down THE best team I’ve ever dealt with. I appreciate each and every staff member for making my experience beyond my expectations. Special shout out to Jazz, Charlotte and Ms. Ann they are the heartbeat of this community and were always available when I needed any assistance.Besides a small issue with my AC that was addressed right away, I never had any issues while living here. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of storage. I have never heard any noise from neighbors. No issues with crime and I always felt safe in the community. There is a really nice park just a few blocks away, great for kids and pets. No issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds are always kept up and maintained. Like any other apartment complex we did get yearly rent increases but they were reasonable and no where near as high as other apartment communities. Had I not purchased a house, I probably would have stayed here forever!! Highly recommend!!!”

Ernesto’s Team (Christian, Terryn, and Cameron) are Friendly, Fast, and Fabulous Fixers for just about any problem. Another reason why this has been the best apartment community out of many that I’ve ever lived in! Now about that rent cut . . . ?

P.S. New Maintenance Manager David had a “tough act to follow.” But so far he’s proven to be not only highly competent & dependable, but also a pleasure to deal with. Another “Ace” in Laurel’s deck of cards! (And looking forward to meeting new team member Cyrus.)”

“To be honest nothing in life is perfect but the managers have corrected small issues they are very polite they keep up the building they keep up with cleaning and replacing things that malfunction in the rooms and they will definitely keep you safe in their area during your stay they will hire security. They also give you privacy but won’t forget about you, my partner got carried out by the ambulance and fire fighters and the managers did a welfare check on me I appreciate that don’t play with them though pay because they are stern”
