I dropped my Jeep off for them to look at my Back Brakes, I heard a Loud Popping Noise after shutting it off, plus there was a lot of heat coming from one of the back tires too! I spoke with the Mechanic & they said they Took Off Both Tires Checked my Brakes & Calipers & they were fine. They Test Drive it & it was Okay. They told me to drive it & if I hear any Noises or feel anything with the Brakes to Bring it Right Back. I said okay, what do I owe you for your Time? They Said there's NO Charge. I said WOW that's Fantastic ? you will have my Business from Now on For Being So Honest and Amazing!!!!

“6/28/24- We are from St. Louis Missouri area. We were heading down towards Florida when we suddenly started having issues with what we thought might be our tires. We called a local car dealership, which could not help us and gave us the name of Clems tire center. We called Clems and talked to the boss in charge that afternoon. We told him what was going on. They were able to fix this up right away. And we were back on the road heading towards our destination.

“They quoted us 30-45 minutes to have someone get to us and ended up getting to us in 5 minutes, had the job done in about 30! Our pull behind rv blew a tire and we ended up across the street from this shop which seeing the sign is why I went to see if they could help, they looked at our rv and went to see for a tire in stock and got us back on the road. Friendly from the moment I walked in. The price was much better than anywhere else, when looking for tires before I was quoted almost twice what they charged. Old VS new tire!”

“OK Tire has taken care of my car on multiple occasions and every time I have been more than pleased. They are kind, patient, and thorough and, as someone who is not car savvy, I trust that they are doing the best thing for me and my car.
I took my car in today because my service light was on and the car said I needed brake fluid. After dropping it off, I got a call a bit later and they told me that my fluid levels were good, as were my brake pads. The service light was merely an automatic reminder based on mileage. When I went to pick it up, 3 things happened.
1. They greeted me by name and talked about meeting my wife (by name) the week before when she dropped off my car for a tire patch.
2. They didn’t charge me a dime. Not one single dime. Not even for investigating.
3. When I got in my car, I realized they reset my service light (which is a pain in a bmw). That means that someone sat outside in this heat advisory weather and spent time resetting my computer for NO money.
Y’all. It doesn’t get better than this! I could cry for the generosity and care they show. Go to OK Tire when you need your car tended to.”
“I was having several issues with my 22 year old truck, including wiring chewed by chipmunks in several areas. The chewed wiring included the wire to the fuel pump and that kept the truck from starting. I had the truck towed to Abercrombie and they fixed the wiring. That fixed the other issues as well as the fuel pump issue. The cost of repair was very reasonable and I am very happy to have my truck back. My dealings with Abercrombie have been very positive and i definitely highly recommend them for repairs as well as for tires.”
“My family and I were traveling for spring break and while driving had a problem with our tire. At the time we weren’t sure what it was but knew we couldn’t drive the 100 miles we had left to go until it was fixed. We had decided to find a hotel since it was close to 6pm and figured most repair centers would be closed. My husband spotted Tire Discounters and they looked open. We pulled in at 6:01, just after closing time. Joseph the manager spoke to my husband and without hesitation said let’s take a look. He identified the problem tire. Allen pulled the car into the bay to pull it off for a better look. Joseph looked up my tire and he didn’t have one in stock but could get one in the morning. More thank thankful for their time we were about to leave to find a hotel when Allen pulled up a suggestion on his phone. After comparing the tires we all agreed it was a great option and they put the new tire on. We were back on the road within 30min of pulling in. We made it safely to our destination and didn’t have to miss a whole day of vacation with a broken down car. The kindness and understanding and most of all thier willingness to work when they absolutely did not have to (as it was after closing) really spoke to the heart of our family. We were talking about how blessed we were to happen on that particular shop with those two gentlemen. Thank you Joseph and Allen. And thank you Tire Discounters for hiring good people who care about their job and the people they provide service to.”

Only complaint, this us a chain store that honors warranty work nationwide. So busy every day you need an appointment. Coperate is too CHEAP to fix the air-conditioner in a Store in Alabama. You should treat your employees better that that.”
