“I had to submit this right away when I got home from getting service here. I came in for a couple of TPMS sensor replacements for my 4Runner, and it turned out to be a real bear of an issue, through no fault of theirs, just one of those things, Toyota being finicky. But Eli went toally above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Like, seriously. It's been a long time since I've experienced such stellar customer service, no wonder that place was busy all day! “I was in serious need of tires immediately and didn’t know where to go. I did search online and still felt quite unsure of where to go. As a woman that doesn’t know a lot about cars this type of purchase can be intimidating but Pete the service manager was very comforting. He listened, checked my car and gave me his expert advice based on my budget. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. The service was quick. The place was clean and I like that I was able to see the work being done on my car from the waiting room. Pete also let me know about additional work that my car needed without making me feel pressured to do right away. He educated me and gave me my options. “First time experience and was very positive. Went in to get one tire on my son's Xterra and I told them the left front tire needed replacing but it was the right front. They happily got the tires switched and didn't squawk over my confusion.Also, even though we just bought ONE tire, that's still good enough for lifetime rotate and balance tires. ???”

“Looks like a shop right off of the Central American Highway! Truly should be a 10 Star plus location! This place is all go and no show. Got a tire examined and repaired for $25.00! “Took my truck for an alignment as a walk in Micah waited on me told me 1 hour wait time. Tyler had the truck on the rack within 5 minutes and came back and told me I did not need an alignment. They had me back on the road with no charge within minutes. Cannot say enough about their honesty and integrity.”

“So this was an experience like no other,let’s start with I was stranded live 35 minutes away I was at work no other options1. I needed a tow, CHECK2. It was after 6pm they closed at 7- no issue3 . I needed a tire, install all… CHECK4 . I wasn’t in the best of moods…——- Jay and Harlene, help me understand it was going to be ok, and it was… and really educating me on why the road hazard coverage is important, I learned the hard way..The End result—— I was able to get my car in running order, I then was able to get back to my job and get home at the end of my shift…Another Great experience with the Pepboys BRAND…The entire staff pitched in to help me have a better Day , and I’m very appreciative…Sadly to I have to add to this review and it’s not positive, I called today 2/1/24 and my call was answered by the rest lady and she wouldn’t allow me to talk act as if she was psychic and knew what I was about to say and then when I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me and expressed that she was the manager of the shop. Wow one conversation can bring a person perception From 100 to Zero The only reason I’m not changing it from a five star is because my first experience was stellar”

“This has to be one of your best Centers! Highly professional throughout the process. They keep you informed at each step and never get too busy to help customers in the store. They were extremely friendly and personable. I noticed they made light talk with everyone in the waiting area. They offered detailed options for my repairs. My only negative comment, and this could be a big one, the check sheet the Tech gave me said ALL my fluid levels were good. But, I know my windshield washer fluid was empty. Made me wonder if they checked any of them at all. Otherwise, I'd still recommend the shop.”
