“I had ordered new tires for travel trailer, because of size 36’ they advised it would be best if 8 could bring just tires and wheels in for swap. My jack busted and I did not get there until a few minutes before closing. They still had two others ahead of me, after explanation of situation with travel trailer on jack stands the manager stayed over about 1.5 hours after closing to get me installed. Had a family from Washington state come in while he was installing mine and he helped them also. Just don’t find many folks that will go the extra mile these days. I appreciate it and hope the owners also reward you for going the extra mile.”

“We were stuck on the bridge with a flat tire trying to get further south. This tire discounters was the closest tire place at the time. It was 3:45pm when we called to get a new tire put on, and they closed at 4pm. We felt uneasy trying to get to our final destination, 3 hours away, on the spare tire. Josh at tire discounters said he would stay late to help us. We got there about 4:05pm. He was very courteous and helpful. He put the new tire on, put the spare back in the truck, and we were on our way. We were so glad Josh was willing to help us!!!! Wonderful display of selflessness! We appreciated it so much!!”

“Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Ok Used Tires! I visited my daughter in Decatur, and my tire was flat when I went to leave. The tire was dry rotted, so I couldn't fix it myself. I took it to Ok, and was able to replace three dry rotted tires on my van with great quality used tires. I didn't have the funds to replace with new tires. The guys there were very knowledgeable, and got me going in a short amount of time. One of my tires was in great condition, and they pointed that out. They said that I didn't need 4 tires, just 3. They could have sold me 4, but they aren't trying to rip people off. They are just trying to keep us rolling down the road for the best price available. I will definitely give them my business again in the future, and let all of my family and friends know that they take good care of you there.”

“Yea they do great work as well as Speedy work!! Only just like every other business up and down 6th Av they have no parking lot and you got to do some true spiritual type praying You know like ten Hail marys and rosaries and all that if your turning left on to 6th ave out of their around 5 or 6 pm!! Like I said though that is not a stain on the business's actual work ethics and the speed in which they get jobs done. Probably 75% of all stores and other business from the river bridge to almost the beltline in 6th ave no difficulty in and out”
