“Jared did a fabulous job trying to help get our vehicle situation taken care of. We had originally reserved a rental at the Decatur Hertz, and they oversold their inventory and couldn't guarantee our vehicle would be there in the morning. I had to cancel that reservation and then cross my fingers that Madison would help us. I called, spoke with Jared and he promised he'd have a vehicle for us in the morning. The vehicle that was returned (that we were supposed to have) had been smoked in and was gross, so Jared went to the airport to pick up another vehicle for us. He remembered we had small kids and didn't want us to be in a nasty vehicle. I was thankful for this attention to detail and enough care to do something about it and not take the "easy way" out of the situation. We had to extend the rental an additional day, and he took care of that for us as well.”

He capped it off with a courtesy call after we picked up our cart to be sure we were 100% satisfied. He even overnighted a new windshield after we noticed a few scratches on the original. I bought my Frontier in Decatur, but have serviced it here for everything since it’s closer to my house.They have it streamlined, so cars move through quickly for all maintenance. Very organized and fast, compared to any other dealerships I’ve used in the past.They’re friendly, prices are decent for a dealer, and they’re pretty fast.I had an alignment done by them a few months ago after I had a lift installed, and even that wasn’t expensive from this dealer, despite all the electronics that have to be adjusted with a computer.Plan to continue all my Nissan maintenance here!”

“This Thrifty location is based in the airport, so no amenities to speak of. However, both staffers that I met were kind and easy to work with. My car was a base model, 2019 Toyota Corolla which was great on gas and did the job. Not to mention the price... Check em out if you need a trip rental.”

The agencies are all conveniently located on the ground floor directly across the street from the garage. You can get in and out of the airport without a hassle and you don't have to wait on a bus to transport you to a remote location. Upon return, you simply park your car, log your mileage, gas, drop your keys in a dropbox and go!”

“I have rented from Avis twice now and both have been great experiences. The first time I got a hybrid minivan that saved us a lot of money on gas and ran like a dream. The second time I had reserved a truck, but realized after I had reserved it that it did not have unlimited mileage. However, when I went to pick it up, there was not a truck available so I got a minivan that did have unlimited mileage. It had enough room in the back to transport the item I had planned to get with the truck, so it worked out great!”

“Picked up Tesla there. Service was very friendly, car was perfect and ready to go. Tesla cars are preset with speed limit and acceleration governor, so drive like mid class Mazda. Did save power use during trip.Return was interesting - no one there - so parked in open slot and found office. Still return was quick and location was at airport making it very fast.”
