“It was super busy, and we did have to wait a long time. But, there were quite a few ahead of us, and people just kept coming in the door. This was also the only Rental place open, besides at the Airport.The young lady at the desk was very pretty with a very professional, but very warm demeanor. She kept a smile and greeted each guest as they entered, answered phone calls, kept the order of the new rentals, reservations, and returns. She spoke clearly and distinctly, in a cheerful manner to everyone, thanked them for choosing Enterprise, and wished them a nice day.There were three nice looking young men, that were gathering the information from the young lady, and they were very fast on their feet. They moved very quickly, from one guest, to the next, and so on. Each seemed to be on top of their game, very energetic, and very eager to make certain each guest was happy with their rental, whether it was a new rental, or a return. I noticed that they, too, greeted guests as they came through the door, and wished them a safe and happy driving experience on their way out.The rental car was a later model Rogue. It looked nice and sporty, for my 23 year old daughter, and it was freshly cleaned and washed.All in all, I would give this place Five Stars and more, if I could, just for the staff.”

“I really like this service department. I bought my Frontier in Decatur, but have serviced it here for everything since it’s closer to my house.They have it streamlined, so cars move through quickly for all maintenance. Very organized and fast, compared to any other dealerships I’ve used in the past.They’re friendly, prices are decent for a dealer, and they’re pretty fast.I had an alignment done by them a few months ago after I had a lift installed, and even that wasn’t expensive from this dealer, despite all the electronics that have to be adjusted with a computer.Plan to continue all my Nissan maintenance here!”

“This Thrifty location is based in the airport, so no amenities to speak of. However, both staffers that I met were kind and easy to work with. My car was a base model, 2019 Toyota Corolla which was great on gas and did the job. Not to mention the price... Check em out if you need a trip rental.”

“Not sure what's changed since all of these other reviews but I couldn't have asked for a better experience renting our Tesla for a 2-day trip. Earl in the office made the experience seamless. He was super friendly and helpful and the guys outside washing the cars were great, too. The only thing I would suggest is to look into renovating the inside of the building to be a bit more clean and modern, but that's really not that big of a deal. Would recommend and use this location anytime!”

“Budget at the HSV airport is the BEST check-in, check-out, and return process I've ever experienced!! The agencies are all conveniently located on the ground floor directly across the street from the garage. You can get in and out of the airport without a hassle and you don't have to wait on a bus to transport you to a remote location. Upon return, you simply park your car, log your mileage, gas, drop your keys in a dropbox and go!”
